Whether you’re looking to build on your current routine or create new habits, I am a private trainer here to provide support and guidance on your journey to surpassing your fitness goals.

In 2015, my thirst for movement led me from a background in dance to the fitness industry. I am passionate about the applications of body awareness and assisting people to discover mindful movement through knowledge of their anatomy, alignment and technique.
After mapping the natural ranges of our bodies we can move forward with confidence, giving support necessary to safely challenge ourselves and push to new limits.
Whether you prefer your movement in the form of strength training, TRX, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, barre, dance, mobility or flexibility work, I am here to guide you through a session designed for your needs or the needs of your group.
